Whether it's a short business trip, a weekend getaway to the cottage, a week long vacation or longer duration (months for snowbirds) you can have us attend to the needs of your home while you are away.
We will keep a checklist of visits with comments and we will provide regular email status reports.
Typical Home Watch service rate is $28.00 per visit within a 15 km radius. If outside the 15 km radius, mileage is calculated at .75 per km. We will meet with you to discuss and conduct a home walk-through to ensure we accurately capture the extent of the home watch services required and we will then prepare a Home Watch proposal based on your needs.
